The Goxxip Girl Collective is excited to announce CLUTCH, an exhibition reflecting on tenacity on view at AUTOMAT. This collection of works explores the multifaceted significance of persistence, power, and resilience through the lens of female-identifying artists.

The term "clutch" infers the point when strength, determination, and control converge, whether in creative pursuits, survival, or through personal triumph. CLUTCH is a constant reach towards and desire to hold onto something based on its perceived value; it embodies the ongoing, sometimes invisible, strength required to navigate and redefine relationships to or with ourselves and the world around us. Acting as a dialogue and a tribute to the ways women express and assert their power, and embrace their vulnerability by radically accepting our needs, desires, and imperfections.

Exhibiting Artists: Carlotta Cerrato, Grace Doyle, Elizabeth English, Caitlin Gill, Jodi Hoover, Sanzi Kermes, Lusmerlin, Phyllis Mayes, Heather Ossandon, Linda Popp, Sam Sethi, Michelle Spiziri, Alexandra Taylor, Jacqueline Yvonne Tull, and Zoe Lintzeris.
